Born and brought up in Mumbai, belonging to a respected catholic family with absolutely no prior photography background, yet, I chose to be one.

It all started as a hobby. I did it coz, I loved doing it and that’s what pushed me forward. But without taking those few steps, I wouldn't realize, I was so in love with it. I studied photography from the ‘National Institute of Photography’ and specialized in Events and Fashion photography. In my initial days, I have worked with and assisted renowned photographers.

Having gained the knowledge and experience in this field, I started my own company ‘JDP Events’

When people ask me, what kind of photography I do, I usually answer them saying, “ Well, I shoot a Lil’ bit of everything, whether it's, engagement, wedding, baby shower, fashion shoots, the list goes on. I believe, every PHOTOGRAPH has a story to say and I am privileged to be able to document each scene behind the camera. I learn more about myself and how I can better myself and reach out to people to achieve new levels and understand the world and capture their emotions through my lenses. My goal is not only to create fantastic photos but to create and portray, a fun and memorable experience.
